    Suggested Usage Instructions:

    1. Lightly roast on a pan on medium-low heat constantly agitating the beans.

    Can add some spices, and coconut sugar.

    2. Add a few beans as is to smoothies.

    3. Roast, peel, and grind in Vitamix or food processor with sugar until it liquifies to chocolate.
